A miniature version of our popular Deluxe Banner Stand, this mini stand displays an A3 sized graphic and can also be retracted for safekeeping or travel.
Our table top banner stands are perfect for events where space is at a premium, but the convenience of a banner stand is also required. Our retractable banner stands are incredibly popular amongst our customers but in certain situations they can be too large. The smaller size is perfect for those needing to display the same information on our traditional retractable banners on a tabletop. We offer a variety of colors and designs for our table top banner stands.
This small, 11.5” x 17.5” size makes this stand perfect for simple yet professional displays for additional information, menus, or branding. This stand requires a graphic size of 11.5” x 17.5” but please keep in mind that the bottom 1.5” of the graphic is considered “bleed” as it may be covered by the bottom hardware when retractable is displayed.

What are the banner specifications?
The banner is made from PET vinyl material which is a thinner, smooth vinyl that fits perfectly into the popup stand. It is durable, water resistant and UV coated to ensure maximum print quality. The banner is printed on both sides so it will display your message effectively no matter the positioning.
What type of files can I submit?
Image format: JPG, PNG, TIF, PSD, AI, PDF, and EPS files. If you have other types of files, we can check them to make sure that they are usable with creating the digital print file. Please do not hesitate to contact us!
CMYK: For optimal quality, it is imperative your files are in CMYK mode.
CMYK stands for cyan, magenta, yellow and black (key). These 4 colors make up the color model used in printing. On the other hand, RGB stands for red, green and blue and are used in digital platforms. Many of the digital images you see online are in RGB mode. RGB colors cannot be perfectly reproduced in CMYK, which becomes an issue in printing; the colors you see on your screen can look different when actually printed. Therefore, we ask that your files always be in CMYK mode. Please note that we are NOT responsible for color variations due to incorrect color modes.
Resolution: your logo images must have a minimum of 300 dpi resolution. Lower resolution will result in the logos looking pixelated (blurred).
Size of logo images: the optimal size of your logo images will vary depending on the banner size. As a rule of thumb, it is recommended that your logos images be at least 1500 px as the width.
File size and resolution: If you are uploading your own file for the banner, your file must have a minimum of 100 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size. For larger files, you can have a dpi of 300 at 25% to 50% of the final print size.
How can I place an order?
If you already have an image file, simply upload your file using the ‘upload’ button on the product page and submit your order. If you don’t have a banner design, use our easy designer tool to make your banner! Select the template and simply replace the sample logos with your own logos. Once you are happy with your design, submit your order.
